Meet the Team

A real estate veteran for more than 23 years, Marc brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every real estate relationship and transaction. With discipline and focus, Marc helps manage his client's expectations and all aspects of the transaction, assisting the client in obtaining his or her real estate goals.

Beverly is another licensed industry veteran who makes sure the office runs like a well oiled machine. Making the numbers match and watching out for The Goldin Group's clients' interests are Beverly's priority.

WIth 15 years experience, Matt is a master at looking after the Tenant. While The Goldin Group's client is the property owner, Matt always makes sure the tenant knows he cares. Taking care of the Tenant's needs assurs the owner that the tenant remains happy and cared for. When they feel cared for, tenants desire to stay put, pay rent and add value to your property. 

Clair, who hails from South Africa, has a deep background in both real estate and office management. A successful real estate investor, Clair has run numerous businesses including a succesful airlines as well as an animal rescue reserve. Her knowledge and experience running business is a tremendous support to not only Marc, but the entire staff. 

We like to say that Dennis is the most overqualified maintenance tech in the business. With an undergraduate and two advanced engineering degrees from GA Tech, if it can be fixed, Dennis will fix it. Our tenants love Dennis and his attention to detail and care for our customers leaves our tenants with a lasting positive impact each and every visit. 

Some of our staff are "front facing" and interact with our clients and cusotmers daily, but many of the folks who make The Group Group tick are behind the scenes. While you may never meet them, these team members keep the conveyer belt of service rolling. They make sure the accounting is done on time, the maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and that no matter what happens "out there," they are doing their part, in the background, to make sure the team has the tools and support we need to give Goldin Service.
